Multiple "families" in iOS Family Sharing?

Can you set up multiple "families" in iOS Family Sharing?

Ie. if a person has separated parents, can you have multiple options to share with two "sets" of your family?

Or, if you wanted to share some apps / logins with just your spouse and children, but not your siblings/parents. etc. etc.
