iPhone 11 Pro Max screen bleeding?

Has anyone dealt with a bleeding screen? I’ve never had this happen before. Right now it’s about the size of half my pinky nail. It’s in the upper right corner of the screen so I can’t see WiFi signal or battery indicator. It seems to be slowly getting larger and I’d like to have some idea of cost on this repair? Sending it in via Apple repair defaults to $599.00! I already paid $1200 for this phone!! Crazy! I appreciate any and all help! Thanks in advance everyone! :-)
