Entering Information in Activity App

I set up a new Apple Watch without entering sex, age, height, etc. The user manual says I can enter the information during the first run of the Activity app. However I managed to get past the right screen without entering the information and can't get back to that screen. How can I now enter that information? There must be a way, since some of it could change.
