Hello, arshad11. Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities to request help with your iPad. We understand your situation and how you are noticing that the speaker inside your iPad is not working as you would expect. We know that hearing quality audio is important and we can certainly help you with this.

We’re glad to see that you have already been able to review the Apple Support article that explains which troubleshooting steps we would suggest completing if you hear no sound or distorted audio from your device.

To continue from here, can you tell us if you notice the same issue after connecting a wired headset or Bluetooth audio device to your iPad? We’d like to find out if the audio issue is present with all audio accessories that you attempt to use.

If you continue to notice the same issue with other audio accessories, we would suggest checking the audio balance settings of your device. The following Apple Support article explains how to locate the settings on your iPad that will allow you to customize the audio levels of your device:

Customize headphone audio levels on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If the issue only seems to be isolated to the built-in speakers, it is possible that service will be required for your iPad. For help with setting up service, we would suggest that you contact Apple Support directly. Depending on your current location, you may be able to contact Apple Support using the following link:

We hope that this information helps you isolate the issue and find the best solution to get have your iPad speakers working normally again. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Have a great day!
