Friends Mix Playlist

I was shocked to find out, that even though I had chosen to not share the music I‘m listening to with my friends, songs I‘ve been listening to (even if it was only once) STILL showed up on my friends „friends mix“ playlist. This makes me very dissapointed. Is there a way to change this? So far I have just blocked all my Friends so that my music does NOT show up in their playlists. Still I do have some playlists that I want my friends to be able to see… So blocking them works for now but is not the ideal solution.

You have reviewed the See what friends are listening to in Apple Music on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Android device resource. We want to help. From the resource that you have reviewed, you want to follow the steps under the "Hide music that you're listening to" section.

If the issue persists, you can make sure that your iOS device is updated. It is always a good idea to have a backup of your device before updating.
