I want to give my MacBook Air to my niece but would like to wipe it clean of my stuff. How do I do that and not loose all the apple apps?

Most, if not all the apple apps you use are pre-installed. Most apple apps are pre installed. But if you paid for something like Logic Pro, then I am not sure. What apps are you trying to save?
