Macbook Crashes Randomly

Can I get some help in deciphering what's causing my Macbook to crashes? It had been occuring once every few days. Thanks in advance!

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.0

Update your software is the first place to start, the current macOS 11.5.2

Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support

See if there is a panic report, post that:


Kernel Panic reports can be found /Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports


From the Finder>Go>Go To Folder, copy and paste:

/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports


ends in .panic post the whole report.
