My MacBooks keeps crashing

I’ve noticed that over the last couple days my MacBook keeps crashing. It’s not just one time it keeps happening a couple times during the day. I don’t know what’s causing it

i have a 2019 MacBook Air so it’s quite recent which is really confusing me. Is there anything I can do to stop this happening
