My iPhone 11 sometimes freezes on lock screen. I have completely erased iPhone twice and reloaded firmware. iOS is updated. It only freezes on Lock Screen. Will not recognize any touch or swipe. I have to do a forced restart from 1 to 10 times before it works again. This reoccurs a few days or a week later. If it is hardware related, why does it only freeze on Lock Screen. Any solutions?

If its software then it is unique to your iPhone because yours is the only post I have seen with this issue. Typically software "bugs" result in hundreds if not thousands of topics here. Either way, there's a limited number of solutions. Get Apple to have a look at it and see what they say. That part's free.
They want $435 for repair and I’m not sure it’s hardware because the analysis does not show anything and screen is only unresponsive when locked.
