Suddenly I find the speaker volume too low while talking

if you recently placed a glass screen on top of your cell, look to see if you placed it upside down. The cut out part goes on the top so sound piece area remains open. If you wait too long to try to get the stuck on glass cover off , you may have to buy another at $50 from Verizon.

The plastic piece used to place the glass is not meant to go inside the otter case. Throw it away.
