Adjustment layer not showing in Final Cut Pro

I am looking to add adjustment layer to Final Cut Pro 10.5

ive done the folder setup with localized, and relaunched. Still no adjustment layer in the titles

iMac 24″, macOS 11.4

There is one level missing. Between the Titles folder and the actual folder for the title, there should be an intermediate folder, eg.


Movies>Motion Templates.localized>Titles.localized>My titles>Adjustment Layer


(I marked the ones that need to be localized; the file extension is not visible in the Finder)

You can use any appropriate name instead of "My titles"; this name will be the category under which your title appears in the Titles browser.
