Does MacBook Pro 13" support dual external display?

The Macbook Pro (M1) doesn't support dual displays: It's listed here on this link: https://support.apple.com/kb/SP824?locale=en_US

I'm curious about the Macobook Pro (Intel) , I've heard conflicting reports on this. If I know that it's stable I will gladly purchase that machine.
