Thinking of getting the new MacBook Air, but I have this dual screen set up in my office. Does anyone know if the new MacBook Air support dual screen/multiple displays?

Dual screen is supported, this means the MacBook Air's screen and one external screen, it does not mean being able to use two external monitors.
I'm more here to sympathize than provide guidance; I would go one step further with this question: If the MacBook Air M2 supports two displays, one being the built-in, why then can it not support up to one external 4K display and one external 6K display if the device is put into clamshell mode?
