Hello, I was just surfing the web with my iPhone when suddenly I opened a website which I thought was safe but took me to a page with the words ‘congratulations you are the 50 millionth user’ or something like that I instantly knew it was a scam so I quickly left safari and deleted my browsing history I have since reset my phone to my last back up which was the 6th of august I am still however frightened that a hacker has gained access to my phone can anybody who knows what they are talking about give me some advice?.

I hope to hear back

thank you

iPhone 11

Not sure if I know what I'm talking about, but it looks to me that you have taken all the necessary steps. The phone cannot be hacked unless it is jailbroken. One additional step you can take is go to Settings > Safari > turn on Block Pop-Ups. You can also set a Fraudulent Website warning. If you don't have one already, you might also look into an Add-Blocker. There are several in the App Store.
