Could I be hacked?

I was using Safari, and A simple Google image search took me to a very unexpected site. I tried to go back, when that didn’t work, I closed Safari, Deleted my History and cleared my History and Website Data in settings, and restarted my phone. Everything seems okay, but should I be worried? Do I need a program like Norton or anything? Is there a way to tel for sure or anything to look for? Thanks.
