Notes not syncing

Notes not syncing from phone to MacBook. Have done all the usual steps to ensure iCloud accounts have synced but still not syncing.

can you access notes you see on your iPhone when you sign to iCloud.com with your account?

If not, are you sure those notes are stored on iCloud and not some other account you also use with Notes app?

iCloud Notes Syncing does not work at all iCloud notes syncing does not work at all. Before, when I did any notes I could start them off on my Mac and continue on my iPad, or vice versa. Now absolutely NOTHING is working. I even have iCloud + with 2TB of storage and it’s still very very slow, unreliable, and horrible. Apple needs to fix this, or is it just my devices? All of my devices are updated to the latest software and iCloud syncing is on.

I logged on to iCloud.com and it’s synced everything. Thank you so much!
