Apple Watch Series 3 storage is always full

Memory Iwatch always full....

I update my watch 3 always as new. All go well and ik have 3.5 giga free. There is no music, no photo etc..

Then when a check my free memory after 10 min , it is going down to 3 giga...etc..

After 1 à 2 hours, the memory is full when I look in "INFO". The mention: free memory with delete music etc... but I didn't install ANYTHING.

Why is the memory always full? Even after the last update from the OS, I thought my prob should be solved, but there is no change. The Apple shop don't understand and can do nothing.

No help on Apple site.... this is not APPLE way.. What can I do????

thx... you just made my day...

Reminder... delete all reminders on the iphone and look: in my icloud is getting "thinner" with 6 giga....

Reinstall watch as new and... voilà...

Why doesn't Apple help find this out... My answer from them: your watch is out of garanty...

Have you tried to pair your watch as a new watch - without restoring the backup?

thx for reply.

I always install as NEW watch. All goes well but after new watch the free memory (3.5 giga) is going down.

So I think "something" is "loading". But I install without photo's, music , app...

Is there an automatic backup or "something".

So two hours after new installing, the watch indicates I have to make free memory I must delete fi photo, music.... but I didin't load anything. The watch is still working but like "stand alone" watch.

The Apple shop said, they know the problem there will be an update. Now I installed the update but nothing has changed.

No solution from Apple, disapointed in Apple.
