Why every time I get asked about my password and to rest?

The following message usually means that there are discrepancies around your Apple ID, password, and the network connection(s) involved; some appearance that there might have been a password breach, or other security issue.



Is that active hotspot connecting via a VPN or some other geo-relocation service?


Is two-factor authentication enabled? If not, seriously consider configuring that.


Apple suggests a password change here, too: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
