I purchased a new Apple TV 4K gen 2 and I’m having trouble activating my free subscription.

The offer is aimed a new subscribers. If you have claimed this offer before, then you can’t claim it again. If you subscribed (paid) to Apple TV+ before, then you may need assistance from the Apple Support staff.

The offer has to be redeemed on your new eligible Apple device, in the Apple TV app, within the first three months of use.
