Why is there no Call Forwarding option in settings for iOS 14.7.1?

Typically, when it doesn't exist, your cellular voice provider does not have it enabled as part of your service. Have you tried contacting them yet? Call forwarding would be a service they would provide ... but might require an additional cost.
I was able to forward calls using *72 but wasn’t sure why it wasn’t an option in settings like it used to be.
It should be there if your cellular provider supports it.
Settings > Phone >
The options are controlled by your cellular provider.
Ask them.
Normally your carrier will provide a minor/small update for your cellular setting in
Settings > General > About > if you have an update it will popup here.
