Cupertino weather widget won't delete on my iPhone?

If we’ve understood correctly, it sounds like you’re wanting to remove the Cupertino location from the Weather widget, but not the Weather widget itself. 

See if you can edit your locations within the Weather app first, as opposed to directly in the widget where you instead choose which locations you want to show. You’ll find directions on how to do that in the ‘Add, delete, and rearrange locations in your weather list’ section - Check the weather on iPhone

If the issue persists, let's next remove the widget and re-add it. The steps for that are in this article Use widgets on your iPhone and iPod touch
