Macs, like cats, clean themselves, and have since about 2000. Anything that claims they also need do that is a....well, I think you know the word.

They run in the wee hours of the morning with no need for your attention. They even automatically defrag your storage. Third-party apps that claim to do this interfere with those wonderful built-in functions and degrade performance and stability...if you are lucky!

No. On the Mac, "cleaners" of any sort are generally a bad idea.
