This app has excellent marketing campaign —however it typically does nothing but add issues to the macOS as we witness here over and over in the Apple Support Communities,— and not recommended.

Macs, like cats, clean themselves, and have since about 2000. Anything that claims they also need do that is a....well, I think you know the word.
The other responders have wisely indicated this is bad idea The compelling reason ∫ is that the OS that you paid Apple to develop has elegant, built-in self-maintenance routines. They run in the wee hours of the morning with no need for your attention. They even automatically defrag your storage. Third-party apps that claim to do this interfere with those wonderful built-in functions and degrade performance and stability...if you are lucky!
No. On the Mac, "cleaners" of any sort are generally a bad idea.
