WeChat won't update because it keeps pop up saying my Apple ID is incorrect eventhough I entered the correct Apple ID/Password, I have been using Wechat on my Iphone for years and the Wechat app shows up in my App store for update. I have no problem in updating other Apps on my Iphone.
It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images/pictures speak louder than words. Do not provide any personal credentials, such as email id, apple id, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number, Order ID, if you are sharing a map ensure your location is not identifiable. Etc.

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their Apple ID.
