Canon Mark IV and Apple m1 chip incompatible

Hello, I saw a thread back in February about the Mark IV not being compatible with the new m1 chip. This is still the case for me, it will not tether, Lightroom, eos3 and Capture One all fail to detect the camera. I was on support for hours yesterday with Adobe to no avail.

are others still having this issue? Is there a new driver I don’t know about? Is apple aware of this? Is anyone doing anything about it? This has killed my workflow.
