Is this happening in one specific app only?

Try this for any misbehaving app:

• Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
• If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
• If the issue persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
• If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.

[For third party apps:] Any good app should follow the interface guidelines to make features work roughly the same as in all other apps.

If you are using the Apple TV app on a third party streaming device, then which device?

I cannot get closed captioning on any of the shows, movies etc. I go to settings click accessibility. Clicksubtitles & captioning Click bold text on click large text under style click edit styles click style preset 1 exit settings. Still no cc. Help
