Screen time passcode forgot and no option for forgot password
Set screen time for the kids on the iPad. Forgot the 4 digit code. No option for forgot password and didn’t use family share to set up.

If nothing in that article helped, the only option to remove the passcode then is to restore the device using recovery mode as described here: If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
Restore the data from any backup made before the Screen Time passcode was enabled.
