Backup Now is disabled

I wanted to backup my phone data to my Windows computer using iTunes. I see that 'Back Up Now' option is disabled under 'Manually Backup & Restore'. How to enable it?

iPhone XS Max, iOS 14

See If you can't back up your iOS or iPadOS device to a computer or restore it from a backup - Apple Support.
