My button will not take a finger print and I can’t open my phone
My button on my I phone 6 will not work I tried to put a new fingerprint and it won’t take it

Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS or iPadOS. Make sure that your fingers and the Touch ID sensor are clean and dry. ...
