How to delete default imessage apps

How can I delete an iMessage app like #images? I do not want it accessible, so I removed it from the drawer and I have screen time restrictions set to not allow installing apps, but when I open a conversation and tap the more button, then tap edit, it shows in the list of More Apps. I cannot turn it on, but if I drag down and use the search bar at the top of the page it will show it in the search results and if I tap on it there it opens the app. Is there any way I can completely remove it to make it inaccessible? Thanks!

The Apple Messages app cannot be deleted. You may remove it from the Home Screen however it will remain in the App Library and on your iPhone. This app is part of the iOS (Operating System) and therefore needs to remain installed on the iPhone.

I see that you do not want any texts coming in and out of the iPhone. You can disable iMessages first. Open Settings ➔ Messages ➔ iMessages : Set this to OFF. This will only turn off iMessages. You will also need to turn off SMS Messages. That cannot be done on the iPhone. Your carrier should be able disable all SMS if you call and tell them.
