What do you think about live chat support advisor ? Are they enough trained?
My answer noooooo. They are so poor to give proper answers. The only can reply from note copy paste.
let me share you 1. I’ve faced lot’s of problem for their stupid lacking answers.
ive asked them can I replace my Apple ID yahoo to gmail. In reply she says please contact with yahoo to do this . LOL 😆
then she asked me to logged out and logged in with new gmail account. LOL 😆. But she didn’t tell me that once I logged out all of my data will gone and again I’ve to turn on my backup option. And now I’ve to upload all of my 256gb photos videos arround 6k photos videos 😡😡😡😡😡😡. So terrible . And just while ago i asked them why it’s uploading again all of my old data .cause I do backu up daily basic . And he/she says it’s normal 😀😀😀😀. And then I said I’ve logged out few days ago. Is it the cause ? In reply he/she said Yes . That’s why all of my data uploading again 😀😀😀. Can you see there poor lacking knowledge?????
