zoom not connecting

My zoom keeps coming up with connecting whenever I try to join a meeting. Some sort fo network error maybe. I have tried everything and it doesn't help or fix the issue. My zoom used to work perfectly a few days ago and then suddenly it's not working. I have already disabled any proxy or firewalls. Anyone know what the issue is?

If this is the only app that has a connectivity issue, we'd recommend ensuring the app developers directions for checking permissions and installing were met. Their guide here can assist: Installing the Zoom application on macOS


You can also ensure your router are set to the recommendations found here: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points


If the issue is with multiple apps and services, check out the steps here: Solve internet connection problems on Mac


You can also test connecting in a new user account and in safe mode:


Start up your Mac in safe mode


Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac


If the issue doesn't occur in a new user account, check your current login items and test using the steps here: Remove login items to resolve startup problems on your Mac


You should also double-check the firewall settings and reinstall the app if the issue continues. Block connections to your Mac with a firewall
