Report offensive ads

Hi - I’ve been getting many offensive ads on my game apps while playing and it seems there is no way to report these ads or block them anymore. My 10 year old also plays games on my phone sometimes and they appear for them as well. In one first person ad, you are going through a selection of other characters who are all chained up and begin groping a woman with large breasts who is wearing a tiny schoolgirl uniform. She protests as you hear groans from the first person player. It’s freaking gross.
