i need IOS 13 how can I get IOS 13?
my bank merged with another bank. And I have to have IOS 13 on order to use online banking. Please help ??

Replace your phone with one that is capable of running an iOS version higher than 12.x The iPhone 6’s seven year old hardware is not capable of running any more recent version.
On an iPhone 6, you cannot. It is too old to update to iOS 14.
If the new App requires iOS 13, then you will need to get a newer device.
The iPhone 6 is a 7 year old device at this point. Time for an upgrade. Or you do your banking on a computer and not your iPhone.
You can't.
iOS 12.5.4 is the last version for an iPhone 6.
