I purchased a new iPad Pro in July that was offering a $200 rebate if ordered with Verizon Cellular which I did. Apple didn't deliver the device until the end of July. We were out of town at the time due to family emergence. We are now planning to get the device activated at Verizon. So now how do I receive the $200 rebate??

It was a Verizon offer, not Apple.
Any resolution would have to be through Verizon.
Please contact Verizon and ask them. They should be able to give you an appropriate answer.

I called them before posting my question. There response was that I should contact apple as their July promotion ended. Problem is that I purchased it in JUly when promotion was on but couldn't get it activated in July.
