i get a iphone 12 pro max by lucky draw but i no need a new phone for now, that't why i sell it. unfortune i meet a cheated my phone and i was make a police report. now i just want to hope can black this phone IMEI. Hopefully get get apple help.

Apple doesn’t track lost or stolen or scammed iPhones.
And we’re not Apple, we’re other users.
Carriers can “block” an iPhone, but there was seemingly no carrier involved here.
And with no Activation Lock, no way to use that to disable the iPhone.
And no, a remote lock via serial number or IMEI is not an option here, as that’d only open up everyone to rampant mis-use. Carriers have that option, for their customers.
