iOS Update Malfunction

My iPhone 7 decided to automatically update to 14.7 without my consent overnight last night, and now the phone is unable to find a cellular roaming signal, and the only way I can make calls or send text messages is over WiFi. This is absolutely inexcusable. I should not be missing important calls because of the ineptitude of our corporate overlords.

If this issue cannot be fixed I will be PROMPTLY moving to Samsung. Extremely unhappy with Apple and its products at the moment.

CORRECTION: I am currently in the >Software Update section of Settings, but the phone will not load the update. I have attempted to load the update itself (MULTIPLE TIMES) in order to counteract the cellular data not working, but the phone refuses to download to 14.7, leaving me without cellular data due to the phone being stuck in limbo between updates.

This is reprehensible.

Extremely helpful Mr. Burger! I will most definitely enjoy my Samsung phone. Enjoy the Apple biome or whatever it's called
