Custom lyrics not saving in Music 1.1.4.110

I am attempting to add custom lyrics in Music but they will not save. These are MP3 files, on my Mac, and it's affecting all of my files, not just a single one. I cannot add lyrics to any of my music. Everything is up to date (my Mac literally came out of the box this week), and I'm not trying to sync lyrics across devices, just on this single device.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.3

Try Repair security permissions for iTunes for Mac - Apple Community.
