I am unable to make calls and receive calls or access mobile data, I tried to update the mobile data but the update is not populated/shown on my phone. Kindly enable the update for resolution.

If you already performed ALL the steps provided in the section "What to do next", make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
