I’ve lost my iPhone and “find my iPhone” doesn’t show my iPhone, just my I pad. How can I locate my iPhone?

i tried going into iCloud and search, still iPad only?!

If the phone is not powered, not connected to a network, or does not have FindMy enabled, you will be unable to find it.
