how do i change date format to YYYY-MM-DD

I want to change the date format to YYYY-MM-DD, but I can’t seem to find a way. My iPhone language is English.

I changed the region to Spain, but the date displays as 15 August 2021 in Mail. (dd/mm/yyyy)

I need the YYYY/MM/DD format.
