Locked out from iPhone and ICloud

I have locked myself outside of my IPhone and forgotten my password for iCloud, how can I unlock my phone.

For the first problem go back to the article you cam here from and follow all the steps.

For the second problem -> If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
