Trying to but more iCloud storage but getting a message my iTunes and Apple app are disabled

iPhone 11, iOS 14

You have a payment problem with your account, and you need help from the app store staff to resolve it. There’s a link in this article to contact them→If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
