Making a cell a certain color based on the results of a formula

Does anyone know how to set up a condition inside a cell that will automatically fill it green or red based on the results of a subtraction formula? For example, if the result is greater than zero, the cell turns green. I want to know what formula to use to set this up. Thanks

Conditional Highlighting is your friend.

Select the cells then Format > Cell > Conditional Highlighting.
