Update apps in App Store keeps reverting to an incorrect Apple ID.

when trying to update my Apps it’s trying to connect to the wrong Apple ID. I’ve logged out of the App Store and logged back in and my Apple ID and details are in place, however the app update is linking back to iTunes and my partner’s account. How do I revert all of this back to my Apple ID on my iPhone?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 14

If the iPhone's yours, delete and redownload those applications; the other Apple ID is stored inside them. If not, ask the owner to update them.
