Call forwarding wheel keeps on spinning

My call forwarding option is on, unable to receive calls however im struggling to switch it off. I have tried several options including putting the sim in a different phone, airplane mode.

please help

Call forwarding not turning off I have had " forwarding turned on " for a while now and went to turn it off to begin to receive calls as normal on my work phone. When trying to do this it will not turn off. I have done everything that I can think of and I am now down to it is either the phone itself of the carrier. In my research I have found that it is a issue among many carriers and am trying to find my next coarse of action. I changed "SIM" cards that is a different carrier and the phone turned the "call forwarding OFF". I put my original "SIM" back in the phone and went right back to the same issue with the call forwarding.

Can't turn on call forwarding and call waiting iPhone 13 Pro Max 15.0.1 Optus Australia Error: error: could not save call waiting settings while call forwarding just loads Talked to Optus and was referred to Apple and when I put the Vodafone sim on the iPhone, it can activate the features. What can you suggest? Is there something wrong with my Optus Account?

Contact your carrier and ask about this feature on your iPhone. Call forwarding is a feature provided and managed by your carrier. They should be able to help you out and resolve the issue.
