From last few days my iPhone 11 is lagging and sometimes sound and vibration are not working even applications are not working correctly

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
If the above does not work or resolve the issue then read below:
You may have a poor battery condition which cannot provide sufficient power for peak performance. What is the Battery Health of your iPhone? Open Settings âž” Battery âž” Battery Health and let us know which percentage you see for Maximum Capacity. Also note what is written under Peak Performance. If your battery's Maximum Capacity shows a value of 80% or less, then it has gone through its lifecycle and therefore should be replaced, according to Apple.
Finally, if the battery health is OK then how about available space on your iPhone? How much free storage space do you have on your iPhone? If it is nearly full then the issues that you are having are relevant to it.
