Apple ID history
I would like to erase purchased history in the App Store affiliated with Apple ID
if I cannot. Do I require a new Apple ID and delete old one.

Hide purchases from the App Store; click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT201322.
- You can see your purchase history, but you can't remove apps or subscriptions from your purchase history. You can hide them.
If you delete your Apple ID you will lose everything you purchased with it should you ever need to redownload or update those items. This includes music and movies.
