redeeming logic app

Hey, I just redeemed my code for the logic app. It has accepted it and said it would start downloading but nothing is happening! when I try to put the code in again it says it has already been redeemed. I have restarted my laptop and still nothing. I can't see anything on my apple account to say I have redeemed it either (just that there are 3 other apps that need updating). I am on catalina. The app store are not available to help right now apparently. Any advice?

Hi,

Just to be sure. Check in your account for the purchase ( it will not be with updates )

In the Appstore ( from the computer )

Right click on your account icon ( lower left ) or Menu : Store : View My Account ( or hit Command O )

1) Is Logic in the ( unsorted list ) ?

2) If yes, is there a "cloud" next to it?

3) If yes, click the cloud icon to restart a download and install.

If it is not on the llst contact Apple Support for help.
