Found iPad air 4 disabled

Hello Everyone, I found an iPad Air 4, and iPad is disabled. What I should I do with this? I don't know how to give it back to someone who belong to this iPad. I need some information or maybe some suggestion.

Would be nice if you all can help me. Cause I don't know how to find who is the owner.

Thank You

Apple will not assist with tracing the owner. Being disabled, any attempt to restore the iPad will likely trigger the Activation Lock - rendering the iPad useless to anyone other than the owner of the device.

Your only sensible option is to turn-in the device to the authorities who, if someone is looking for the device, may be able to reunite the device with its rightful owner.
