Urgent matter

I have issue with unlocking my apple account

i am trying to download apps but it ask for verification for security reasons I put my password then it asked for phone number which I don’t have anymore, I lost the phone number. Is it possible to help unlock my Apple ID in another way please help me this is urgent matter
